چکیده
Abstract Although smart packaging systems protect food, they also provide information about the shelf life of content. This is provided by formation severe shifts in color as a result reaction gases released decomposition colorant used packaging. The inks or films may exhibit this feature. Because both ink and film materials come into direct contact with food product packaging, it more suitable for intended use to be produced from edible natural resources. In study, we aimed investigate production their active using source starch another bio black chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa) fruit order produce coloring matter was extracted Aronia melanocarpa ethyl alcohol. monomeric anthocyanin total phenol contents were determined pH differential method. Colorimetric sensitive changes biopolymer adding different amounts obtained aronia extract. chemical structures ATR-FTIR, properties spectrophotometer, angles goniometer. addition, swelling ability calculated based on pH. disk diffusion method applied against gram-positive gram-negative bacteria, antibacterial determined. prepared approximately half low blank film. maintained stability at all levels, including high acids bases. While had pink-red acidic pH, turned dark blue basic values. shows that depending nitrogen output spoiled meat can When examined, (F0) did not have any properties, however amount increased, an increase 17–22 mm (F1 F4) bacteria 4–9.9 F4), respectively, observed bacteria. fact inhibitory adds extra feature material, protects degradation.

Biodegradable Whey Protein Edible Films as a New Biomaterials for Food and Drug Packaging
Food packaging extensively uses plastic films and containers of petroleum-based polymers for their excellent functional properties and competitive price. Plastic packaging has become a central focus of waste reduction efforts, particularly in aesthetic terms of damage to flora and fauna. Presently, consumers require greater quality and longer shelf lives for their foodstuffs, while they ...

Packaging systems are intended to protect the food from its surroundings acting as physical/mechanical, chemical and microbiological barrier to maintain quality, safety, and to prolong the packaged food shelf-life. Food quality and its average shelf-life are decreased when the foodstuff interacts with its environment gaining or losing moisture and aroma, or taking oxygen leading to oxidative ra...

In this study, the antimicrobial property and food package capability of polymethylpentene (PMP) substrate with silicon oxdie (SiOx) and organic silicon (SiCxHy) stacked layers deposited by an inductively coupled plasma chemical vapor deposition system were investigated. The experimental results show that the stacked pair number of SiOx/SiCxHy on PMP is limited to three pairs, beyond which the ...
